We aim to do this by developing women entrepreneurs’ confidence and leadership skills, ensuring they are aware of their rights, and supporting them to identify and challenge systemic and structural barriers that undermine their rights.

She 2 can Lead is an innovative women leadership and personal development program, crafted by SOF to develop a corps of transformative women enabled with leadership skills and avail them with a platform that enlightens and empowers women to achieve career, business and public sector leadership, while strengthening institutional capacities to promote Gender equality, women empowerment and leadership.
