Strengthening Sustainable Food & Agriculture Practice

SSFAP is designed to improve the productivity and livelihood of smallholders’ farmers in select staple and nutritious crops that are scalable and exportable while building their capacity for an efficient, inclusive, resilient and sustainable agri-food system.

This engenders better production, better nutrition, better environment, and a better quality of life. This also contributes to all four pillars of food security – availability, access, utilization and stability and the dimensions of sustainability (environmental, social and economic).
